Store was incredibly busy. You could not move an inch. Way more people that there should be in there in case of a fire. In addition, several of their lipsticks had been worn down to a point where they could not be searched on your hand, yet they were never replaced. Just empty tubes sitting there. I also watched a woman apply sample lipstick DIRECTLY to her lips. A saleswoman also watched her do so, and didn’t say anything. Who knows what kind of bacteria she could have spread on that lipstick. In addition, lines were colossal as they had three only registers and one of them was only accepting cash. Makeup was expensive. Nobody was bothered to ask how I was doing or offered to help me. When I got home, I dropped a bottle of the Sephora brand finishing spray probably about two feet. It immediately cracked and shattered everywhere. The bottle was plastic and so cheaply made. For a fall that little, it should not have broken. Not happy.

Went by this location yesterday night along with my nephew to be watched and followed as if we were shoplifters. So I left the store as I do not need to spend my money at a store where I’m going to be followed around as if we are thiefs. I had been to a few sephora’s and only experienced this at this location. Extremely disgusted.

I? came into this store yesterday with two of my friends. The staff is great and helpful, but this is not why I’m writing a review.... THERE WAS A HOBO IN THE STORE ! Like legit homeless person who reeked and smelled like piss !!!!! I? was watching all the staff members look at her as she was TRYING ON ALL THE SAMPLES !!! She put eyeliner on and was trying on the perfumes and other eye makeup on, while the staff did nothing.

They had wrong sale prices on items... Several customer were totally confused. I even asked a rep before going to the line to make sure item price was correct. What happened to honoring the displayed prices.

I just left the store. As I was standing near the fenty beauty section, one of the associates yelled within a few inches of my ear “excuse me girls” to a few young ladies who were browsing the selection. Not only was it unnecessary but it was incredibly rude. Asian woman I believe with dark roots and teal colored hair. She needs to learn how to address people and also consider not yelling so close to someone’s vicinity considering she didn’t need to raise her voice at all.
