Food was good if not small for the price, but I guess thats what you should expect when youre right around times square. It was a little messy but its a fast food joint, nothing that wasnt expected. If youre looking for a fast food joint this is the place to go. They got chairs and bathrooms if you want to stay a while.

When reviewing a place like this its important to consider the location and brand separately. Smashburger is a great burger chain with tasty food. However, this particular location is typically understaffed and those staff that are there are usually impolite. As a result, Id order out and order ahead to minimise your interaction with the location so you can get straight to the burgs. Just make sure your name has only one pronunciation or picking up your go-to order may be a hassle. Not since elementary school have I had anyone insist my name is "Ste-fen" until here.
