Had a great experience at this location this past Black Friday. I was soo excited to get the Radio City Rockettes Holiday Exclusive charm. We came extremely early and my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find the store open. Adriana helped us find everything we wanted and then some. She was patient, kind, and funny. I dont know how its possible to have that kind of energy so early in the morning. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Angela and Anthony were great. My wife’s charm was stuck on her bracelet. They even sent the bracket off to the jeweler who could not get the charm off. So to save trouble they swapped her bracket out for a brand new one...no charge. We didn’t pay anything for this service. This was good ole fashioned customer service at its best. Despite the fact i said I would just purchase another braclet, they still took really good care of us. Thank you.
