Employees don’t communicate with the consumer right, they rude, try to rush you with your own money and because I was African Americans I had the feeling that they wasn’t safe. I was very disappointed of the service tbh you guys need to work on it.

翻译I needed a watch battery replaced. The young lady asked my name and what time I would be there. I show up and they tell me "oh Im sorry the person who does it is on lunch, come back in an hour". This is even after the lady on the phone asked what time I would be there. She was nice but still inconvenienced me by having me come to the store at a time when I couldnt wait an hour for someones lunch break.
翻译Lovely bright and clean shop. However we were pounced on within seconds of getting through the door. Saleswoman would not leave us alone, expected us to have a conversation about budget in front of her. Made a comment about how only kids buy promise rings when she didn’t even have an understanding of our situation. Very pushy to the point she even told us where the nearest ATM machine was when we were discussing things. Won’t go back and certainly wouldn’t recommend going!
翻译I ordered my replacement battery on 3/11. The agent stated 3-4 weeks. When I didnt get a call I call on 4/6 i attempted to call but could not get through, I thought it was strange and then called again on 4/10. Again I couldnt get through, I called multiple times, the line was either busy or it just kept ringing, I literally called over 5 times because I really thought I had the wrong number the first few times... When I finally got through the person stated that they were having issues with the computer system and that my order was going to take another week. I waited the week and then called on 4/19 still issues with the phone and they told me that they it would still be a few more days. I finally called back on 4/24 or4/26 cant remember because I called so many times at that point, and I called to actually complain and speak with a manager and the agent put me on hold for a few minutes and came back on the phone and told me that my watch was there and I could pick it up anything? Ludicrous. I was out of town so I picked it up on 5/3 and the agent didnt even have my name on file? No cell phone, nothing- how would you have found my watch had I lost my receipt. My fiance and I originally were in there looking for wedding bands and I am pretty horrified by the customer service. I honestly feel like a credit is due for the lack of customer service and attention to detail. I work as a Relations Manager and the fact that I reached out to corporate to fix the situation and no response is unheard of.
