Beautiful Hotel Beautiful Prices Beautiful Experience! Got this hotel for our honeymoon vacation. Friendly service and lots of help from clerk and staff. Bar available with sushi chef and mini store in lobby along with a nice breakfast area. You wont regret it.

I love this place. Beautiful Asian decor that surrounds the hotel. Beautiful ponds full of fish, good place to keep kids distracted and away from the TV. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Some guest had a fight here in the middle of the night, but luckily the security staff were professional and handled it well.

Overall experience was great. Comfortable soft bed, clean room, friendly service, easy access. Tropical themed grounds. Wallpaper and paint could use some freshening but overall a great value. Would stay here again.

The room was away from the main building, and the hot tub and pool were right there by our room. The banana trees and other beautiful trees and foliage made it feel as if we were the only two people there at the hot tub area after dark. The restaurant was good, the drinks were ok, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Plenty of towels, nice toiletries, a hair dryer and comfy bed were waiting when we were done for the night.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can get one at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... LAST NIGHT (10.29.17), our experience was quite good until it was time to leave. We met a colleague participating in one of your hotels conventions for dinner at The Islands restaurant, spent over $100 dollars, requested and received parking validation and left the hotel. Our validation would not scan and utilizing the "help" button we were informed that BOTH the initial parking ticket ALONG with the validation ticket was needed. We were NOT told this by our server and our ticket was left on the Islands table. Upon explaining this to the disembodied voice on the "help" speaker HE REFUSED TO LET US OUT! He insisted we pay $14 dollars for a lost ticket and would not lift the parking gate. He was rude and persistent and I am therefore compelled to leave this review. A good evening and a good review destroyed by a petty little parking attendant. Finally a security guard showed up and let us go. I will copy this to Islands Management, Security and Customer Service just because a trivial little rule-follower could not see his way clear to provide a modicum of customer service for GUESTS at your hotel. Pitiful and ridiculous that I have to write this.
