These guys put insole into my shoes, didnt tell me it will cost any money and then refused to return money for it. The shoes I bought rub my finger because the insole made it to tight. The salesperson told me the shoes will stretch(synthetic). The worst in store buying experience ever. They lied to me, and then refused to return money.

They seem to have pretty shoes, but the shoes are uncomfortable, fall apart really fast (definitely manufacturing problems) and with their 3 weeks return policy, you dont get a good service of returning your shoes that fell apart faster than they should.

Poor service. They took forever to bring the shoes I wanted to try on and, after waiting 15 minutes, they brought out the wrong size. I thought ALDO would be interested in knowing about this.
