Ive only been here once to get my eye brows done and I loved it. My only complaint is that a lot of the girls sit around and dont really act like they want to work. The girl that did my eye brows was great. I will be coming back.

Can I give zero stars? The staff is rude and condescending. After calling to make an appointment an being told only walk-ins before 1pm, I decided to walk-in. Upon asking to have my brows done they check the appointment book only to tell me Id have to wait 25 minutes... since I dont have an appointment . When I explained that I had called and was told it was walk-ins only they proceeded to explain to me what walk-in means... me: "Thanks for explaining what walk-in means, I wasnt sure" cosmetician: "Youre welcome." Needless to say, I wont be returning.
