DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEB!! I ordered 2 fashion magazines. But the usps guys returned my stuff. Then I called customer service to explain this situation and asked for re-shipping. They told me they would give me a feedback one day later by email. However, after 1 week, I received a call told me that I MUST PAY FOR MY SHIPPING FEE AGAIN!!! I complained this situation and asked for return for all of my money. The customer service guys said me he would report to his manager and gave me an answer. Guess what?! 1 week later, I received a notice from my bank and they only returned the amount excluding shipping fee!! And NO EMAIL, NO NOTICE FROM THEM!!!

Feel so upset, before I order from them already email and ask them if my magazine with come with whatever they come with, I order this magazine a long time with other store, they all come with the promotion gift. This is the first time I only got the magazine:( I order three months, this is my first month received, I needs to cancel the rest of issue. Please refund my money back. DO NOT ORDER from them. Terrible website - spent two days trying to subscribe to a magazine. Website is amateurish at best. Entered all my information and then could not get it to complete, tried again just now, then called their 212 number - spoke to a man with heavy accent. He was very rude to me, told me to change my browser to Chrome or Firefox, said that the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported. When I said Explorer is the most used browser in the world, he had more rude comments and hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH these awful people.
